Vernon is a passionate and accomplished fisherman from Maryland and a veteran of the US Marine Corps. He is a skilled lure maker and artist with a passion for casting baits from the sands of Assateague Island as well as numerous waters of the Chesapeake Bay and beaches of Maryland. Vernon also frequently fishes the gulf in Florida from the Panhandle all the way to Fort Myers. Vernon says "Surf fishing is my favorite along with bridge and pier fishing."
